Shawn is the Chief Operating Officer for a building supply company located on the West coast. With over 200 employees and over 100million in annual recurring revenue he is no stranger to the pressure which results from a very dynamic industry. He is a rated paragliding pilot and enjoys skydiving. He is pursuing the sport of base jumping and is working towards getting his private pilots license. He owns Live Fire Ranch, a self defense firearms training company and LFR insights his public speaking and corporate training company. He is passionate about many things and this shows in his enthusiasm while teaching a myriad of topics, concepts, and ideas; that everything we learn in life, in some degree, are connected to each other. Shawn believes that thinking outside the box and changing your mindset can lead to real solutions to real problems.
